Gempath HIV Support Group provides a confidential and safe environment for individuals living with an HIV/AIDS Positive diagnosis, regardless of age, race, sexuality, religious beliefs, chosen gender identity, or length of diagnosis. We provide education, resources and on-going support for members of our community. Additionally, we offer linkage to HIV care, clinical trials, innovations and studies in the cure for HIV/AIDS, health insurance coverage providers, enrollment in Ryan White HIV/AIDS program, continued encouragement and support for anyone who needs it. - For Group details, email: info@gempath.org
